Brent loves the world of endurance racing, and has completed in numerous marathons and triathlons in the past few years. Most recently completing his first full iron distance triathlon. He has also been involved in race directing, giving him the opportunity to learn many new factors of the endurance sport. Brent loves all aspects of endurance training, from participating, coaching, motivating, and race directing. With a passion for endurance sports, and motivated by helping others achieve their goals, Brent received his coaching certification with USAT.
Brent has a Bachelors of Science in Physical Education with an emphasis in Sports Medicine graduating from Oklahoma City University in 1996. He has been a personal trainer for many years and involved with coaching youth sports as well.
Brent has a contagious spirit that spreads to those he works with. He believes in setting high goals and a disciplined work ethic to help achieve those goals. Brent was privileged to travel this year with a group of young triathletes that competed in the 2009 Ironkids National Championship and looks forward to making the trip many more times over the next few years as he coaches and helps them achieve their goals. Brent loves to share physical fitness, especially endurance sports, with people of all ages.
